Put the names of the people, ages and screen names, and phone on the next screen and continue.
3. On the package page pick (XXXX No Choice - Use for adding tours, souvenirs...) This will get you past this screen.

Question: What if I'm having problems registering for everything on the first day?
Answer: The online traffic is murderous at the moment and we did have one system hick-up. The HOF event was not showing up during the first 30 minutes of registration. We will be finding a work around tomorrow of the $6 admin fee. We think about 200 primus got through before we fixed this. There will be enough tickets for all that want to come so if you wait until you get further instructions to add this to your package. We would appreciate it as we don't have the manpower to do 200 $6 returns this week. If you go back and use the bypass today to add these tickets to your package, we will not be able to refund you the $6. We hope have a solution tomorrow for getting around the fee.

Answer: No. You must be there in person.
Question: If we buy a package, can a family member follow us free of charge? Or do they need to buy a general admission pass?

Question: How should I register extended family members?
Answer: They would register as non-member pricing. Your membership discount only covers immediate family: spouse, child, sibling, parent.
Question: Can I purchase a Primus package and convert it later to an Iacon package?
Answer: No. Anyone who orders an attending (Primus) and wants to convert it later will lose their package as we will refund their money minus a $25 cancellation fee and we will put the package back into inventory.
