04/06/2012 - We are thrilled to announce that the one and only PETER CULLEN will be joining us at BotCon 2012! Best known as the voice behind the wise and heroic AUTOBOT leader OPTIMUS PRIME in the popular 1980s cartoon series "The Transformers" and in the 1986 animated film "The Transformers: The Movie", he reprised the role again for the three Blockbuster Michael Bay live action Transformers movies. He currently can be heard voicing OPTIMUS PRIME in the award winning "Transformers: Prime" series, now in its second season on the HUB network.

Don't miss out on seeing Peter at BotCon 2012! Registration will be available again in the coming days so it is not too late to be part of the greatest Transformers event of the year!

04/03/2012 - Making his first ever Convention appearance at BotCon 2012: Buster Jones! Generation 1 cartoon fans will remember Buster as the voice of the coolest Autobot around... Blaster! We are thrilled to introduce Buster to the Transformers community so make sure to plan on meeting Buster at BotCon this year!

03/12/2012 - Hasbro has provided us with an update and announced the two human inductees for this years Hall of Fame ceremony that will be held at BotCon 2012. They are none other than Transformers Comic writer: Simon Furman and the late great voice-actor: Chris Latta!

03/08/2012 - We are thrilled to officially announce our next guest for BotCon 2012: Dan Gilvezan! Anyone who grew up the 80's will remember Dan as everyone's favorite yellow Volkswagen... BUMBLEBEE! Dan was also the voice of the your friendly neighborhood Spiderman on "Spiderman and his Amazing Friends." Dan can be heard and seen across various mediums and has also recently penned two books, one relating directly to his time on the Transformers show.

02/29/2012 - It's an update we can only make on this date once every four years. So, we have decided to make sure it is a good one! Today we kick off our 2012 Convention comic story with the first two pages of a BotCon.com exclusive six page "Invasion" prologue.

02/24/2012 - Fun Publications wants to take this opportunity to apologize to all of our members.

After many days of analysis, Fun Publications has determined that there is a security issue with our e-commerce systems. We appreciate all of you who have sent in your details. Your help has allowed us to ferret out several different patterns of fraudulent charges that have appeared on some members' cards (any that have been used over the last year with both the club store and our event registration system).

We have several different internet/networking companies looking into the matter. Unfortunately, as of yet, we have not been able to identify any forcible entry either into our internet service provider's servers or network. This is like chasing a ghost through the wires, as unfortunately, the perpetrator did not leave a trail, foot prints or finger prints.

For those of you who have been affected, we apologize for all of your time this has wasted and any inconvenience it has caused you. We understand your frustration as this same type of fraud has happened to everyone in our office on our personal credit cards at some point in the past. Our merchant services provider wants us to remind everyone that even though this can be a huge annoyance for you, the customer, your issuing bank will not hold you responsible for any fraudulent charges that might be placed on your card(s).

We know that this issue has been a huge topic of discussion on all of the boards for the past few weeks. However, we are required to investigate to determine and confirm a security issue thoroughly before making any public statements. This is why we put out a general alert statement.

Until the analysis is finished (can take several weeks) we don't know if the shut down by our former (Jan 31st) e-commerce provider caused the security issue or not. We do know that it has not been limited to those who have purchased before the change to our new provider.

Please, watch your cards closely as this type of security issue appears to be on the increase across the net. No site is 100% safe. You may want to consider having any cards you have used with Fun Publications in the last year replaced.

At this time, we do not know how long our e-commerce site will be offline for both the store and registrations. We will get back to you once we have a solution for this security issue.

02/23/2012 - Voting for The Transformers Hall of Fame 2012 is here! Transformers Collectors' Club members can log in to the "Members Only" section at the official Transformers Club website and then go to the forums to nominate a character for the official polling to be done next month by Hasbro. The thread where fans can post their choice is in the "BotCon 2012" section. Other fan sites will also be holding polling, so make sure to get your selection in!

01/23/2012 - We have added the preliminary schedule of events for BotCon 2012. Please click the Schedule tab on the menu to review. Note that this is only a basic schedule and times and events are subject to change. This is also not inclusive of all activities at the show.

01/19/2012 - Here it is, the final reveal from this years Transformers: Invasion box set! We are thrilled to offer Metalhawk, the first Autobot "Pretender" Transformer character released since 1989. Conceptualized in the same vein as the Mega Pretenders, Metalhawk serves as the "human" liaison between the Autobots and the people of Japan.

01/18/2012 - We have released a limited number of non-attending Iacon package sets. These are now available for pre-order for those that will not be able to attend the show and want the exclusive 2012 BotCon Convention box set, Transformers: Invasion!

01/13/2012 - We will not be opening registration for the non-attending Iacon packages this week. We are working on a minor software update and we have had multiple requests to wait until everyone gets paid at the end of this week. So, we will probably turn it on around the middle to end of next week.

Also, we have added an airport transportation discount available through the GO-Yellow Checker Shuttle. Click the icon on the menu to make your reservation.

01/12/2012 - The full reveal for Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus is here, and he definitely can deal with that right now! A former inmate of the Paradron Prison planet, Ultra Magnus has traveled to the Classicverse and it is clear that chaos is sure to follow. What does he have planned? Find out the details at BotCon 2012!

01/06/2012 - The time is here to register for the 2012 BotCon event in Dallas, Texas. You can now access the registration page to review all the different packages, classes and tours scheduled for the show.

01/05/2012 - Here is the 4th reveal from this years BotCon: Invasion box set...Treadshot! Hailing from the Shattered Glass Universe, Treadshot was once a friend and rival to Ultra Magnus. But when the war broke out, the two took opposing sides, with Treadshot joining the Heroic Decepticons. His betrayal hit Ultra Magnus hard, and now the two are engaged in a never-ending duel, reaching all the way to the Classicverse!
